Well, when I get a writers block, I usually draw or play video games. It usually works when you read comics or mangas to get out the messing situation.

when I get writers block on a particular story (which happens fairly often) is either A: go write something else (another story, a one-shot, fanfiction whatever) or B: I just plunge on and usually end up writing some awful dreck but then once I get past it and have caught my stride again go back to it during revision and do a rewrite.
A book I had to read for my English class was how to write, and a passage I love is *finds it*
"The first draft is the down draft- you just get it down."
Of course the passage is a lot longer, but that's the one you need right now. Just GET IT DOWN. Go back an be an anal dentist and fix all those disgusting sores later
